Celebrate winter with the 12th Annual Bloor-Yorkville Icefest taking place on Saturday, February 25th and Sunday, February 26th throughout the Village of Yorkville Park and surrounding area.
This year’s theme will celebrate Canada’s 150th Anniversary, transforming the neighbourhood into a magical showcase of 20,000 lbs. of crystal clear ice sculpted into majestic sculptures inspired by the celebration of Canada’s Confederation. Open to the public on February 25th from 12 Noon–8pm and February 26th from 12 Noon–5pm, the Village of Yorkville Park and Cumberland Street will be the centre of the Icefest attractions. Patrons can expect a wide variety of spectacularly designed ice sculptures and family-friendly activities spread throughout the area, with a ‘Celebrate Canada 150’ ice sculpture exhibit located in the Village of Yorkville Park.

As a Designated Tourist District, Bloor-Yorkville is excited to host residents and visitors for another season of the Summer Music In The Park music series taking place throughout the summer in the Village of Yorkville Park, located at Bellair St. and Cumberland St. Stroll through the neighbourhood, have a seat and tap your feet to the smooth summer sounds ranging from piano virtuoso Attila Fias and his trio, Celtic/American with David Leask, jazz with Raz Hilland Trio, Latin with Farrucas Duo, to an exciting combination of blues, dance, funk, jazz, pop & rock with Turbo Street Funk.The Summer Music in the Park concert series takes place Fridays 11:30 am – 2:30 pm and Saturdays and Statutory Holidays between1:30 pm – 4:30 pm, from June 3 – September 10 (weather permitting).
Yorkville Exotic Car Show
On Father’s Day 2017, Bloor-Yorkville, Toronto’s destination for high-end boutiques, restaurants and hotels will play host to the 7th annual Yorkville Exotic Car Show. Walk along the red carpet on Bloor Street between Avenue Road and Bay Street to get up close with some of the best examples of automotive design from around the world. Once again, we’ve partnered with Prostate Cancer Canada to raise funds for prostate cancer research, so please join us for an eventful day in making a difference, and be sure to drop by the PCC Tent to make a donation. Every dollar counts! As always, admission is free.
